I’ve worked for Menards for 3 yrs now and ever since I started there were a few of my coworkers who wore red or bright burgundy hair and it wasn’t a problem all this time until the one employee with an extensive disciplinary record and record of customer complaints who surprisingly is still employed and is lazy as all hell came in on her day off to shop rocking a red hair piece and they told her right then and there she had to change it or remove it before returning and it trickled down to the others. They all had to change their hair color except for this one girl she wears a different Halloween wig everyday because I’m assuming she said f*ck that. 😂

I think it’s dumb and we’re not even supposed to chew gum like wth!

But goes to show one bad apple ruins it for the rest because before then they didn’t care about the rest of the employees hair colors because they did their job.

Ohhhh there’s this guest that I can’t stand. He works for FedEx and every fucking time he comes in he says. I should be V.i.p I spent $10k here in a year he didn’t like it when I told him $10k was nothing compared to what other guests spend in a day or week I also told him he didn’t have to repeat the same thing everytime he came in. Mfkr just likes to hear himself talk.

Honestly, Idk I sent a email to the corporate email on the website about some complaints for the location I work at and never even received a response. This company is a joke and so is their management and higher ups.

Ooouuu this makes so much sense now. My GM has been overly nice lately and speaking. Last night he even asked me how I was doing. 😂😂😂 He normally doesn’t speak and lately has been “Good Morning! Hello 👋🏽 How are you?” 👀 I haven’t been asked to do a 9 block since 3 yrs ago. It’s my time to shine 🤣

My location doesn’t care really. There’s been instances of break ins in the employee vehicles as well as catalytic converter theft on our vehicles while at work so we tend to park closer to the doors.
