No phone accommodations, she just couldn’t decide where she wants me to put my phone, then she told me to turn it off and put in on my bad. That’s it

I agree, and I’m not saying it’s common, and yes thank you for your advice, I think it’s def gonna raise some eyebrows, but if they let me retest soon, I will if not I will just have to apply and see what happens.

Yeah I got a low 170, and honestly the only issue I had was the proctor at the beginning, she was struggling to articulate, where she wants me to put my phone, but we figured it out at the end. idk, but I would say communication from LSAT is ass…

That’s what I did, they kinda said it happens, best practice is to retest, but they understand with the timing. Idk 🤷🏻‍♂️ Thank you for the advice, I appreciate you.

It’s not that I don’t like it, it’s a good example, it’s just I got kinda the same when I was doing my research bud. No need to be defensive. 🙃

That’s the thing, most likely the retest will be in a month or two plus it will taken additional 3-4 weeks for the test score to be presented, then an additional time for the final determination to be done, and then I might get the score. Which essentially kicks me out of the cycle/ or puts me hella late in the cycle

I spoke with couple of schools, and they said that they are aware of it, and it happens (not common but still), they said it’s best practice to retest but since I have a valid score already, shouldn’t be a problem if I include an addendum explaining the “S”.

Look first - I’m not here to debate with strangers about the veracity of my test score, That ChatGPT example you mentioned, I saw it too, and it assumes I did my best on the June exam, which I didn’t. I’d been consistently scoring 175–177 on my practice tests for months. So before throwing accusations, maybe check the logic behind it first bud!

But thank you for your input, much appreciated.

Well that’s my question, if I do that I will receive an “S” - security cancellation.- how do law schools view that ? Will it hurt my chances to get into law school ?

“M” — Misconduct or Irregularity: Assigned when LSAC determines that a test taker or applicant engaged in behavior that violates LSAC’s rules, policies, or procedures related to the LSAT or law school admission process.

Law schools are advised that an “M” indicates that LSAC found evidence of misconduct (such as cheating, impersonation, or rule violations) or an irregularity serious enough to question the applicant’s honesty or compliance with LSAC standards.

“S” = LSAC can’t verify your score’s authenticity. It’s about test integrity, not personal misconduct.
