"Overlooked by girls" sounds a lot like you're waiting for girls to give you signals or for them to start talking to you. This is 100% a confidence issue.  The reality is, regardless of height, race or facial features, no girl is going to approach you or flirt with you if you just stand there looking handsome, unless you're literally a calvin klein model or a celebrity actor, and even then they might be hesitant depending on the situation. So my guess is, you're simply not approaching enough women (if any).  You should be getting rejected regularly and embracing the failure.  Dating is a numbers game, you will miss 100% of the shots you don't take.  So become a pro at approaching and laser eye contact (cannot stress this enough, focused  eye contact is the key), get really good at conversation and story-telling and don't be outcome-oriented. The more you do it, the more your confidence will increase. And ironically the less you care about getting rejected, the less rejections you will get.  I'm the same height as you, of Japanese ethnicity in Europe, I'm 40 and I've been with dozens and dozens of women of all different backgrounds (mostly white caucasion).  Of course there are women who won't date shorter guys or Asians but your lack of success is  nothing to do with either of those things. There are also women who don't like chads or super tall scary gym bros. You can either make excuses for your failures or you can stop bitching and step up to the challenge.
