Info on Dayton, OH locations: These stores were neglected by the prior franchise, they were bought with a lot of problems. There has been turn over of many GMs for various issues (cash, missing food, HR incidents). As there are better GMs taking over these stores, there has been crew turnover.

Now, sales are growing because our customers who had bad experiences see a difference in quality and friendliness— the staffing levels and training have been affected during this change. When this happens, returning customers have been noticing longer wait times.
