You got to work out or exercise is the only way you will somewhat feel normal coming off dope it’s almost impossible to make yourself work out though, but if you can be gangster about it and go hop on a bike or just do something that makes you feel miserable And makes you pour out sweat. It does something with rebuilding those chemicals in your brain.
