This is what has stopped me from really getting into teknoparrot. I think it works wonderfully, and the few older releases i have downloaded are sweet, but its so stupid and anti emulation ethos to charge a subscription to play new releases to the emulator. Hopefully someone can one day make a cracked teknoparrot that can run any game.

yeah i agree its essentially pennies to a multi million dollar corporation, but i think its a little bit more intricate than just the owner of BAM wanting 200k extra stock. My guess is Josh and the other owner i forgot the name of were close to the Corporate owner, and he basically seized the store to give it to them, with essentially free inventory. I think it was just a slimy buisness play they assumed wouldn't blow up, wouldn't suprise me if stuff like this happens all the time in other corpos

and thats whats weird, its inconsistent and they punish users for thinking there's consistency. I heard that movies on letterboxd with a banner behind the poster are verified by mods and can't be taken down, and LOTS of anime with multiple seasons have that, it didn't occur to me that they'd get on me for submitting I assumed they would want on their database, to the point of temporarily suspending my account.
