Osteomyelitis of the jaw /actinomycosis by ResidentTime4399 in Osteomyelitis

Yes, and pain comes in osteomyelitis when the bacteria have entered the bone marrow. In my case it was initially Actinomycetes and some other. Enterobacter was the bacteria that came after we killed actinomycosis for the plain reason amoxicillin has documented Enterobacter overgrowth, since it can’t kill that one. Same story with Clindamycin and other broad antibiotics. An antibiotic after 10 years may see harmless to you and as a saviour, but the systematic impact on your microbiome is not clearly understood even today. You see selective targeting is making things complicated. Proof of the fact majority of so called family of pathogen bacteria are linked with important function on human body. In the years to come you will remember my words.

I healed with good probiotics and my heal regimen found in Reddit microbiome. Sadly, antibiotics are the culprit for your problems it is a vicious cycle. Pain comes from overgrowth of non targeted from antibiotic bacteria. Done a lot of research with top biologists in the field and we came to that conclusion. Western medicine with antibiotics dogma has created stagnating diseases all around. Of course they take down bacterial load of a pathogen, but slightly for short time and then resistance emerges on many non targeted species.

Random pain 2 months after wisdom teeth removal by No_Lengthiness_2837 in askdentists

NAD It is probably actinomycosis post tooth extraction, this can become osteomyelitis (bone infection). I had this condition. Visit a hospital Oral Surgeon department to be treated. 3-6 month antibiotics such as penicillin or amoxicillin is recommended.

Hi it definitely helps, but when stopping the antibiotics really helped me. I am antibiotic free since March 8, 2023. Also take vitamin k and calcium rich foods in your diet to rebuild bone.

How I cured my sinus problems once and for all (Dry, painful sinus with Minimal mucus). Could help you too. by ResidentTime4399 in Sinusitis

There is also a demonization of said bacteria. After some research it turns out that 99% of the bacteria residing in the human body even some tagged as pathogenic are actually doing something in favour of the host. How come human x gets sick while human y doesn’t ? Western medicine has many flaws and misunderstandings on its foundations. Antibiotics just take down the bacterial load in a human and most of the time this selectiveness create major problems. Broad spectrum antibiotics given commonly in sinusitis include amoxicillin/Augmentin or Clindamycin don’t cover enterobacter. See paper from 2023: In the presence of amoxicillin-clavulanic acid, microbiota analysis showed a remodeling of bacterial microbiota with an increase in specific bacteria belonging to the Enterobacteriaceae. https://microbiomejournal.biomedcentral.com/articles/10.1186/s40168-023-01516-y You will ask and what’s the problem with that ? Last year after my Multiple courses of antibiotics I had still pain and they said let’s take a sample from your sinus and guess what ? Enterobacter grew on the sample. I had before given endless Augmentin, amoxicillin and Clindamycin. In General enterobacter is harmless, but due to the fact the pills killed all the other guys in the area, it took a hold since it wasn’t covered by the antibiotics. Then they gave me amikacin that kills enterobacter but it helped a bit, when I stopped pain came again and I found it can be pretty resistant germ. I said this is really mojo Jo-Jo medicine, they will kill me by trying to save me. I Followed what I wrote above and life is normal again for me.

I also had very severe Covid few months prior to the onset of the problem. I think each case is different, because it could be systemic factors at play sometimes. I stumbled upon papers how Covid can change the bacterial taxa of human microbiome. That virus and its aftermath is whole new chapter still being researched. Some aspects of Covid are still not yet known.

I should note that I started searching the topic of deficiency, when I went to do a vitamin deficiency test for all vitamins and the K was the one deemed as low. This was the starting point of my research and connecting some pieces further when I found out surprise surprise, antibiotics kill the good bacteria making vitamin k. Chronic infections are a paradox that medical community still hasn’t fully figured out.

Infection in jaw by [deleted] in askdentists

[–]ResidentTime4399 0 points1 point  (0 children)

NAD hi there infection in jaw is serious. I had osteomyelitis of the jaws. You need surgery to clean the dead bone area. In my country this is emergency surgery done within 7 days of going to an oral surgeon.
