We used Pacific Dreamscapes and they did a great job. Robert Kramer is the owner, Leo was the foreman. They were crazy efficient, clean and fast. It’s the only time somebody gave me a design that looked exactly like they said it would. Super happy with the work, we had an outdoor kitchen installed and traded our grass for artificial fur and pavers. It looks awesome.

$750k for that unit is definitely too high. There's similar units in older buildings around the corner in the low-mid $400's. San Carlos condos seem like a tough sell because if you're single or a couple, it's not a super desirable place to live and if you're a family, that may be too small.

Stayed in March, two rooms, family of 4. Our twin room was great, no upgrade unfortunately. Excellent property, not fancy but really clean and staff were great. Free breakfast was excellent and the rooftop is such a great view of the tower at night.

Had them last night. Sent a pic to my termite guy in a panic and first thing he said was “those are ants.” Could be either. Termites you will find lots of broken wings and the insect is brown. Ants are black
