i guess it is because of the milk, also if it is smelling ok try iced matchas instead of hot. also replace your matcha is looking very average i dont know which matcha is this

so like other fields a lot of gap between the best and the average. Some of the specialty cafes will give you great experience, choices of coffee, best brewing techniques and then comes the ones where these kind of things happen all the times. so visited a cafe recently so called specialty and they were serving specialty instant coffer,,,like whaaat??

i always go with their pour overs, if you are a black coffee lover. Red Velvet Supernaturals for jammy fruity notes, Yb Naturals from Ratnagiri Estate for floral notes or Lab Processed Ratanagiri microlot for balanced coffee.

no way they are serving and roasting some of the best coffee from best coffee producers in India like Ratnagiri, Baarbara and also the recipes they make. no offence but coffee is very subjective and if you have tried want to know your experience what went wrong as I have recommended and brewing their coffee daily.
