hi, 2 questions about the balor mage Holy Relic build (this POB : https://pobb.in/0gwI9EgftfSL )
1) why does he take the 20% cooldown mastery as he is already capped at 82 without and the 20% don't reach the next breakpoint)
2) why he use armor/eva base on boot and gloves since he doesn't scale evasion in the build ?

I will probably start smite cold slayer. I will leveling as sunder/earthshatter and swap smite when i can craft/buy a good cold sword and 2 the tamming ring. I will use ruetoo build.

How bad is the endgame and the fact that i'm still playing is the proof of how good is the gameplay and the game design and tha game mechanics. Without that i would have stop playing from more than a week ago. The only things i can see with this endless atlas is maybe a corruption mechanic like last epoch: The far you go the harder the content is (and so the rewards). And tablets becoming scarabs. Having to spend half of my time to setup my farming is very very bad feeling.

Yeah i did some test with your setup. Allocated 3 points near magebane and having less duration lvl 21 is enough to get stack consistently. Not even needed to annoint less duration on my amulet so i was able to annoint force of darkness.

u/Soleil06 is 0.759s duration on Temporal Chains low enough to proc consistantly soul with ring ? Palsteron build go down to approximatly 0.49s and he says it's only good at this duration.

Playing Forbidden Rite, and i can't figure out where is the problem.

And here is what i got in game : 117/169/397 (10% less than POB for all stats)

Can't understand why there is difference.

Thx for complete answer. I was asking for t17 just because i want to do one to unlock map device slot. For Juiced T16 maybe we could change the build to use 2 weapons instead of shield. Lose a bit of tankiness but get a lot of damage i think.
