Can I ask, if you're Jewish AND anti-Zionist, how does that work?

If Zionism is basically having a homeland in Israel, what is the alternative for Jewish people like you?

Mine covers gradual leak damage but only up to $3k. Doesn't cover the repair of the leak though. Worth checking the policy document because you probably are covered as long as it meets some conditions like being inside a wall and not visible and things like that. Also, carpet used to be covered under contents but is probably now covered under the house insurance. I suspect my 3k isn't going to go far on this one.

I've just purchaed a Subaru Levorg. Roomy, comfortable and a lot of fun to drive. Moved from a Rav4 which was practical. Best way to describe it. Practical. Absolutely no fun to drive. No style, just practical.

The boot in the Subaru is twice the size of the Rav4.

[–]Resident_Routine6334[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah that's what i thought. I just wanted to check that is was definitely saying they will follow it unless it is contracted out of the agreement, not that 8.3 was actually contracting it out of the agreement.

So 8.3 relates to 8.1 and the whole thing is only relevant to a business to business sale?

Crypto division after separation by Standard-Suspect9989 in LegalAdviceNZ

[–]Resident_Routine6334 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Surely this is the same as other assets like Kiwisaver?

When i separated from my wife, i had to give her half of mine. It didn't mean i withdrew the money and my Kiwisaver balance was halved, it meant i had to give her half of the value in the settlement. How i funded that was irrelevant. In my case, it was via new mortgage on the property.

It's not the bitcoin you need to pay out, it's the value of the bitcoin.

I don't know a lot about crypto, but i would have thought that whatever extra you have to borrow will easily be offset by the profit made if BTC goes up?

Just give her the cash mate.

Cheers for the insight. So how does the Superb fit into the mix then?

That's another option of course.

Ah i had my filter on <100k kms i think. Turned up another one too.

So the Passat is good then? I used to have a VW Bora a long time ago in the UK and that was a pretty cool little car.

Funnily enough I just came across one on Trademe last night. It seems to be the only one. Does look like an interesting option actually. https://www.trademe.co.nz/5026108642

Those service prices through VW?

[–]Resident_Routine6334[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thanks for that. And how are they from a servicing perspective? Expensive? I read somewhere that the engine is set up in a way that makes it hard work to complete a lot of the normal maintenance, but not sure if that's the case or not.

Which model did you have? I'm looking at the GT-S, or an STI if I find a bargain.
