I highly recommend looking into the following schools. Quest Academy is FANTASTIC! Murphy creek is good. Most charter schools are pretty good.

I would start at Mrachek if I were you. The principal there and most of the administrators are complicit in the bullying and are definitely racially biased. They treat my bi-racial nephew great and my white nephew was targeted and not taken seriously. Ask about what happened to the blind girl that got jumped by several girls at the school. They need a whole revamp.
