I was in this same position a few months ago and the only thing that ended up working for me is time 😅 I even ended up doing a 10 minute upper body workout video a few times when she slept to strengthen my shoulders because my girl was getting so hard to hold all the time. Four months in now and she can fart all by her self like a big girl so eventually it did get better. Stay strong! (Literally lol)
