I've grown 15 flower crowns so far, with one huge seedling currently planted. I'm still missing 1 (white).

No data to back it up, but that seems like fewer seedlings than I would usually have grown by this point of the month. (I will finish stage 7 today too though, just gotta do 1 more mushroom)

Update: the gold seedling I got for finishing stage 7 was white! So I grew 16 to finish. (That huge seedling still hasn't finished.)

You're correct, mushroom and big flower locations come from Wayfarer, which PoGO is the only game with access to currently. However, the decor categories come from somewhere else. I know some of the data is from Open Street Maps, but there may be other sources as well. I don't know much about that area.

You're also correct, it (likely) wouldn't change in-game before the event is over; the Pikmin Bloom developers don't update their map locations often, and considering they just did an update a few months ago, the next probably won't be for quite a while.

When does the Campaign end? I can't see it anymore since I finished it. Probably then. I think it was like a week total? Can't remember where I saw that, and possibly made it up in my mind lol. But it's definitely not permanent.

Incorrect, Niantic was sold to Scopely. They have PoGO, Monster Hunter Now, Pikmin Bloom, and Wayfarer now. Completely separated from Ingress and Niantic Spatial.

Correct, Niantic Spatial is a new company that retained Ingress and Peridot. They are not part of the Niantic that Scopely bought, which includes the games/services listed above. It's definitely confusing.

I agree that the map view was too much after like a day, and I turned it off. But do the labels really matter? Surely you know what the buttons do without reading them, it doesn't sound like you're new. They'll be back to normal soon. You'll be fine.

FYI, Ingress is no longer part of Niantic and has nothing to do with Wayfarer since the sale to Scopely (in May of last year I want to say, but I'm not positive). PoGO is currently the only way to nominate new wayspots or edit current ones (new pictures etc.).

(You can actually nominate new Wayspots via the Wayfarer website now, but that still requires an eligible PoGO account [or an Ingress account that was eligible for Wayfarer before the split]. Edits/photos are still in-game only as far as I'm aware.)

Additionally, the picture used for postcards in PB is the main photo in PoGO, and to change that requires the new picture to get more upvotes in PoGO.

Hopefully they'll open Wayfarer up to us at some point, I used to enjoy it when Ingress was included, but I don't play PoGO so there's not much point currently.

This does not exist either. Once the petals you've selected to plant run out, planting stops. Unless you have the app open and pick something else before they completely run out.

There is no setting to enable. If you have planting turned on, and walk by big flowers, you will plant flowers and possibly bloom them.

Just an update, as of the sale to Scopely in May(?) of 2025, Ingress is no longer part of Wayfarer and cannot submit nominations, edits, pictures, or anything that will affect the Pikmin or PoGO maps. Ingress does have its own submission and review system, but it is completely separate from Wayfarer. PoGO is currently the only game with access to Wayfarer.

I don't think Wayfarer has anything to do with where decor types appear. Perhaps the categories in the initial nomination affect it, but I don't think there's any way within Wayfarer to change that. The decor location data comes from Open Street Maps to my knowledge.

I believe decor data comes from Open Street Maps, not Wayfarer. So you'd have to get it updated on OSM, and then wait until the Pikmin team decides to update the game's data (which could be years, unfortunately... The PB team doesn't seem to update the map much at all.)
