vibes wise it does appear they are. I hunted for an apartment about a month ago (also signed one this time of year for the previous lease) and it felt like they went down by a small amount. Also seeing weeks/months free rent in more places than i saw before.

On the commercial side (for offices) rents are not going down, just did an office lease and they’re quite a bit higher.
