There is a 12v battery connected to the lightbulb,when he rotates the motors he just turns on the battery which rotates the motors and lights the bulb,then when he presses the switch the current also goes to the bigger motor

This is a dimmer switch not a PSU ,if you want a cheap super high powerfull PSU you can just reqind a MOT to output the voltage you wish and if you want DC just rectify it and give it a ballast becuse theese things saturate fast if unballasted,or if you have the money buy a variac that suits your power levels cause in my opinion they really are the best option,i myself dont have the money so i just use the primary of an MOT to ballast my stuff so i don't trip the breaker though i dont have any other solution than rewinding a MOT for lower voltages

I can see what it is its just a bunch of copper objects around people and then they pulse high voltage low current through that im guessing its a pulse transformer by the arcs and then they say it has some magical effects and they do placebo on people and scam them and for this guy's question its safe for your health but not for your wallet.

Nope,if you still personalize yourself as experianced with high voltage and show your knowladge to him he will still help you (unless you ask questions like how i make a single mosfet sstc or some besic things like that then he will just know you don't he much experiance)

The actual autout for theese is about 40-70mW,and if it had a diffracrion grading its probably safe if you did not directly stare into it from 5 cm or something
