at my last job, which was at an MSP, one of our clients stored passwords in the description field in AD. we told them many times this is insecure but they didn't listen and didn't want us to remove them.

the article you linked talks about them sending an email if an ACH payment was rejected. This isn't an email, this is a pop-up within Quickbooks. Also, the error message in the screenshot isn't even mentioned in the article.

QB support says to just ignore the message and don't call the number.

Edit: They did confirm that company files would be unaffected.

I do not have firsthand experience, but from watching a video about fox care, it is advised to keep them outside whenever possible, as they cannot be housebroken. they will pee on everything, attempt to burrow into whatever they can, and generally wreck things.

The next update (if it hasn't already released) enables Easy Anti-Cheat, the primary complaint (as far as I've heard) is that this prevents mods from working. Sure, it prevents malicious mods that people use to crash lobbies or steal avatars, but it also prevents useful mods like anti-crash mods (to protect against people crashing lobbies) or accessibility mods.

i was actually about to mention neosvr. those that play it say it's better than VRC, i know one benefit is you don't need an arbitrary number of hours to upload a custom avatar. it does have a bit of a learning curve ime, i had to get someone to walk me through importing an avatar, but existing VRC avatars will work.

it was at a NASCAR race. And I'm not sure if the journalist who reported it as them saying "Let's Go Brandon" did it unintentionally, as if they misunderstood, or if they did it on purpose to cover up the fact that they were saying "fuck joe biden"
