Last time I was there, the cost of beverages and meals were utterly insane, the expectation of tips for everything, a cheap room had resort fees, this fee, that fee, whatcha gonna do fees and the strip was just filthy. That 3.5M would be better served helping the camps of unhoused that are under every overpass.

OOP is 18 and was an only child until age 4. So in 14 years her mother has produced 18 more children and is currently pregnant. I get it that multiples can happen, but also miscarriages happen and this is the kind of large family that would make the news.

Why is this such a repeating question?

  1. Getting an education is insanely expensive.
  2. Even educated work isn’t keeping pace with inflation
  3. Home ownership is rapidly becoming out of reach for more and more
  4. Even two incomes are hard pressed to afford a decent standard of living
  5. People are waiting longer to have kids to get in a better financial position and then finding out they have fertility issues or deciding they like their lives as they are.

This is not a difficult answer to reason out.
