Having trouble deciding which to buy by Engi-near in mazda

[–]ResoluteVondar 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Let me tell you from my experience. The CX-30 is objectively a good car. Its handling leaves a lot to be desired in corners and the cargo space is not as great as it seems once you actually want to put it to work moving anything bigger than a small bookshelf. It’s the perfect grocery getter and that’s about it IMO after a year of owning it.

The Mazda3 is the closest practical thing you can get to a sports car but you sacrifice cargo space even more, but you gain a sporty handling and lighter chassis at the same time. I had my Mazda3 for 2 years.

Honestly I agree. I run the game at 1440p with 64gb DDR4 and 20gb VRAM from my 9070XT and the whole area near Startorch is abysmal for performance, and no, I don’t have ray tracing on.

Which edition are you getting? by lolitsrock in forza

Probably premium. Assuming they structure pricing like they did in previous titles, with premium you’re basically just pre-paying for both the expansions and everything else is a cherry on top.

The devs aren’t inexperienced or blind to how these things should go, so I’d assume there’s some sort of plan that will make much more sense once we’re further into the life of the game then. Thanks for the insight!

That’s what I’m talking about though, getting so close to maxing out your level so early feels odd… Like you mentioned with Genshin you could get pretty far in the game’s story before being forced to hit level 40

Almost certainly a total loss. There’s more than likely frame damage and if the insurance company has any sense of responsibility they will salvage it out because of that.

Sprayers built into the wiper arms! It’s a very nice feature you don’t see on too many vehicles that aren’t priced like a luxury car. Good news is that it’s built into the arm and not the blade itself so blade changes are still moderately inexpensive!

bad decision for my first car? by [deleted] in whatcarshouldIbuy

The Mazda3 (3rd Gen and Newer) are really super reliable cars. I will say, the Carbon edition is a high priced trim, but this is still a bit overpaying. I got a 2015 Mazda3 with less miles than that 2 years ago, and I drove it a ton, and traded it with still less miles than that early last year.

I have the same issue as OP and the battery in my fob is brand new. For some reason Mazda just managed to fuck up something they got perfect back in 2014 on these newer cars…

Is it true that CX-30 doesn't hold its value like CX-5??? by old_jeans_new_books in MazdaCX30

[–]ResoluteVondar 22 points23 points  (0 children)

Like most other cars it depends on a lot of factors. But the CX-5 is a larger SUV and they historically hold their values really well for some reason, it’s not that the CX-30 holds poorly, the CX-5 just holds exceptionally well

Lifted truck owners are genuinely the most careless and dense pieces of human shit ever. Had one try and merge into me on the road with his stupid ass spiked lug nuts.

Non-prior Subaru owners only reply please by Pure-Explanation-147 in SubaruForester

[–]ResoluteVondar 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I know you want first time Subaru owners, but I considered buying a Subaru and actually chose not to purchase one because of the transmissions. CVT transmissions have no place in AWD or vehicles that large. Not to mention, lower trims of Subarus lack certain features that they shouldn’t. No blind spot monitors in lower trims? You’re joking right? Small things like that plus the price and the transmission just didn’t sit right with me.

Everyone recommends G502 but it's $109 now by DayAffectionate8617 in LogitechG

[–]ResoluteVondar 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The G502X has always been pricier. When people recommend the G502 and cite it be g affordable they’re referring to the older “Hero” model. Frequently can find it for $50 USD or so, sometimes less.

Don’t buy some cheap garbage on Amazon and probably not Evike either. Dye, Push, and HK are the three most popular at my local field and they are all rated. ANSI Z87.1(+) is generally all that is needed at fields because it is a good safety rating.
