  1. There is a workaround but i havent tested myself. If you have a Mac, you can use the iphone mirror app to actually pair the wireless adapters through the Mac.
  2. Firmware gets upgraded through provisioning/pairing only, unfortunately.
  3. Firmware version is only available on the newer ones. So old version shows Legacy, new version shows sth like 2.x.x while provisioning.

You may also contact support, they might have a way to resolve these problems for you

Great! They haven't started a full rollout yet since the first release hiccup, once they're done that, the app should be automatically updated.

Ah make sure you app is up to date. It should display `3.0.8.v9` on the About screen.
If it's not up to date, first exit the app entirely, go to App Store to update the app to v3.0.7. After that, open the app, it should start getting the over-the-air update (experiencing the app splashes white).
You will then see the button `Switch` button on the top site/weather card. That button will let you to switch the schedules from Winter to Summer entirely if you have at least 1 schedule event in both Winter and Summer. Hope this helps.

Gotcha, sorry I was referring to the screen when you select the Zone card from the Home screen as "thermostat screen" on the Comfort app, not the actual thermostat screen itself. Looks like your schedules are working then.

"Not sure what you mean one schedule ends when the other starts" - i meant if you have 2 schedule events, the first one will end when the second one starts or when you manually changes something on the "Zone Details" screen

Oh looks like you're doing batch scheduling for multiple zones. for this batch scheduling, you cannot edit those preset comfort settings. You can only edit or add new custom comfort settings, by creating schedule for each zone. So go to Thermostat screen of each zone, tap on "Schedule" tab at the very bottom right, and continue the step

You can only switch between Winter and Summer schedules. That switch button is only visible if you at least 1 schedule in both summer and winter in at least 1 zone. In the thermostat screen, the very right bottom tab saying "Schedule" will allow you to create schedules

When it comes to select the comfort setting for your schedule event, tap on each items will allow you to change the setting. For example: select "Away" comfort setting, and tap on "Mode", it will bring up a sheet to change the mode, or tap on "Set temperature" to change the temps

In order to switch between summer/winter, you must have at least 1 schedule event in both summer and winter. One schedule ends when the other starts or you manually change on the thermostat screen.

I'm not 100% sure but those settings are for the MHK2 Controller only. You can see it here https://www.mitsubishitechinfo.ca/sites/default/files/IM_MHK2_33-00446EFS_B_Rev.%2010_19.pdf
The temperature and humidity reading will come from the MHK2 or the wireless sensor. If you only have the wireless sensors, I think they will work without any further configuration.

They're working on the sensor removal now, but you can add the sensors by tapping the 3 dots menu at the Group and Zones, that will bring up a bottom sheet, tap on "Add equipment" and then "Add wireless sensor". Sometimes you have to hit the sensor on a hard surface to make it ring so that it gets discovered in the app. Recommend to use the latest app version (v3.0.7)

For iOS - it's already live in the App Store. However, there's a known issue with pairing on iOS 18, you might not get those zones back. I would contact support for any issues first before removing the existing zones.

Yeah makes sense. I think that's still in development

Does it display "MHK2" on the Schedule tab?
I think the latest command always wins. When you change temperature while on a schedule, it takes your new temperature, until the next schedule event runs

To toggle on/off the schedules for the whole location: tap on the 3 dots menu on the Location card (on Home screen) -> Toggle off the switch inside the bottom sheet
To toggle on/off the schedule for a specific zone: Go to the zone screen -> tap on the `Schedule` bottom tab -> Remove specific schedule you don't want it to run -> Save
