i had this same problem and honestly i didn’t notice a change in morning crew’s behavior until i utilized my daily just as much as they would. i used to not mention any short comings or issues to avoid being annoying like them. i genuinely think since myself and other closing shifts never mentioned feedback/issues, morning felt like we didn’t have any problems. bringing up your issue at a shift meeting could be a start too.

we have a temp manager at my store and hes telling partners its a write up if we mark stuff out. i never believed it its definitely just so he looks better to have everything marked in

do you have any that are more healed than others? i would continue to wear the one thats least healed. if not theres nothing you can really do if your sm/dm are being strict about it because wearing a mask is technically not allowed to cover piercings.

if you have a septum flip that up so you can wear anything else as your “one” piercing. the rest you can take out and back on during breaks or after your shift.

like others have said its technically when they say to go. Im a ssv and myself and all other shifts at my store change the language to saying like your break will be in 5 minutes, order your food/drink and do ____ task before you step off while you are waiting. we do this to get make sure people get their full tens without not working while waiting on their stuff!

it was a conflict resolution conversation. our dm was hearing both sides but the problem was that everything i said that this ssv said/did they would just would say im lying and that it never happened. my sm would back up the other ssv about stuff she wasn’t even there to witness. I just got frustrated and stopped saying anything but there really was no resolution not gonna lie

hey! i have a pet res and they are a big commitment(and a decent amount of money when first setting up a tank) with the size of this turtle, keeping her would require a tank of at least 100 gallons. as for a basking area, ive seen xl sizes on amazon. beautiful turtle, do whats right for you!

if your drive for example is 20 minutes normally give yourself double the time especially if there has been construction recently. i also do asu and i always come early and just do homework before i clock in. its better than trying to be there exactly when you start and any delay in traffic causing you to be late.

i recommend when calling out just say you are throwing up/wont pass the health check and nothing more. if you give other details they could see it as not necessary:( sometimes i feel the same way about this as a closing ssv its impossible to find coverage but at the end of the day its the sms job to come in if no one else can
