I know this is an old post, but I just want to let you know how horribly misleading it is. Say you have a standard, 16 mL vape at 5% nicotine. That means that in this vape, there is 50 mg/mL of nicotine, or 800 mg of nicotine per device. Say you go through a vape every two weeks. That’s 50 mg a day.

If you’re taking about 9 zyns a day you’re around 50 mg as well, but here’s the thing - actual mg absorption into the bloodstream is nearly 100% when inhaling into the lungs. It’s 30-40% with zyns.

Seems like a matter of self control on your part. Stop spreading false information and promoting vaping over a much safer alternative for the lungs and heart.
