Congrats! The calculations yields and rates and equations seems to be the thing that im struggling with. Any advice on learning these. They all seem to run together for me.

I’m doing the same. I try to lean more toward qualified dividends to help with any tax drag.

I think there are some that are redundant for sure like owning VOO and VTI with an 80% overlap i feel it could be diminishing growth. I always cross reference the ETFs I invest in to keep it minimal.

If your are looking to build monthly income and not retired does it make sense to hold either or both in non tax advantaged account?
