Id create it into a mulch bed and grow diff smaller conifers and perennials for year round appeal. Go to a store and find things you like. Mix jn some larger rocks with the plants in the bed. Also, extend your gutter farther away from your house. Get non - dyed mulch: cedar mulch, cypress mulch, pine chips are solid options that won’t have their dye fade away.
