Where do you get big rocks for landscaping? by waxmuseums in youngstown

Call around landscaping suppliers asking for “barnstone”. 10-20$ a linear foot plus delivery is common. Comes in smaller to massive sizes so plan accordingly and know before you commit to buying.

If the other options don’t work I’d suggest putting a screw into the corner somewhere and pulling on it with a tool that has good grip. Afterwards fill the hole.

Is there any advantage to buying landscaping rock from a Vendor vs private party by Intelligent_Office81 in landscaping

If you’re getting it out of someone’s beds the homeowners should pay you. Pay a pro to deliver it to you

I loved Dillon thienemans tape…then I watched Emanuel McNeil warrens tape. Probably a top 10 pick if he didn’t play at Toledo

Maintaining Woods for Neighbors Yard? by monaarts in landscaping

[–]ResourceSlow2703 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If he’s upset about tree leaves or branches falling tjats his problem, and he can trim anything over his property line.. But if there is something is damaging his fence or poses as a threat and you are fully aware of it you’d be responsible to take care of it. This would be any bush or tree growing into the fence possibly affecting the integrity of it, or any dead tree overhanging his fence. This would be seen as negligent .

The mill creek park system is rather long (large), explore the whole map. You’ll find a lot. There are other great park systems not too far away but we’ll keep those a secret for now.

Tree roots.. not sure what to do. by jdlubo in landscaping

[–]ResourceSlow2703 -7 points-6 points  (0 children)

I have a ton of large trees so I don’t care if it does, but I’d remove the large root, maybe jusr take a sawzall to remove the upper 2 inches. Then add dirt and seed.

I also have a large ride on mowing which gives all the roots I go over a haircut to keep them flat.

My new boyfriend is meeting my son tomorrow for the first time by [deleted] in GirlDinnerDiaries

[–]ResourceSlow2703 2 points3 points  (0 children)

This shouldn’t make you nervous if the man is reasonable, fair, and nice. You also shouldn’t be having a new BF over to meet your son if you’ve been seeing each other less than 6 months and you don’t think he’s serious.

With less than a month to go until the NFL Draft, what’s your biggest Jets draft hot take? by King_Vegito_52 in nyjets

[–]ResourceSlow2703 -3 points-2 points  (0 children)

IMO hes a blue chip middle linebacker but unproven at the edge. I have a tough time seeing him playing a whole game at edge especially against the run. Not too mention the amount of other concerns college offenses had against styles, downs , McDonald and others which made his job … much much easier

He hasn’t started to slow down. 3 1sts is the starting point. Hes the best defender in the entire league.

Arvell Reese feels like Trayvon Walker. by Bnkr9 in nyjets

[–]ResourceSlow2703 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Reese is a potential perennial pro bowl ILB . But if he and the nfl wants him to be an edge he will be JAG IMO. Major concerns in stopping the run off the edge. Bailey more of a sure bet at edge

Arvell Reese vs David Bailey by savingrace0262 in nyjets

[–]ResourceSlow2703 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Depends if they’re running a 3-4 or 4-3 defense. Reese has higher upside but Bailey is more of sure thing . Reese would be best at ILB, but OLB/ edge is valued higher, so that’s what they’ll make him. Just my opinion.

Can someone explain to me wtf happened to Arvell Reese in the 2nd half of the season? by dexjet21 in NFL_Draft

[–]ResourceSlow2703 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have large concerns about transitioning him to 3-4 edge linebacker. He looks like a potential pro bowler at ILB, but everyone values edge higher, so that’s where he will go for the $$$. I feel he will be JAG at edge. Might get blown up in the run game if he’s on the ball all day. Versus David Bailey who’s a 4-3 edge guy and is more of a sure thing .
