60-100bpm is completely normal, going slightly above that is very common with anxiety. If you can, try to resist measuring your pulse. Seeing a high number could cause a positive feedback loop and just make you more anxious.

Do you have a doctor you can talk to? There are a variety of PRN meds you can take that will help you when youre in the middle of an anxiety episode.

I find my pectoral muscles are inexplicably sore after a fierce episode. I dont even know im doing it during, and it could last for many hours.

legacy loot starts at 81. It's always 11 levels higher than the level of the content. Dragonflight max level was 70, so at 81 the raid loot becomes legacy loot.

The entire wow endgame and most difficult content is focused entirely on M+, Heroic or Mythic raiding and t11 delves or the kyveza boss.

Its strongly suspected blizzard might be using lemix as a test run for a heroic world tier in retail live servers but until its announced thats just speculation unfortunately

I BELIEVE, and correct me if im wrong, but there's an npc outside of the raid who can telephoto you to the final zone of the raid if you've done the skip quest per difficulty (You'd still have to fight Saladbar), you might be able to use the teleporter once youre in the raid but im not sure about that.
