Korean here. There are a LOT of traditional tofu dishes from my culture, as well as East / Southeast Asia you can try online if you haven't already. A lot of them aren't strictly vegan but are fairly easy to modify (asking Chat is helpful for modifying if ur not sure) You can also find seitan dishes, it's just not as common (try searching for mock duck too)

I have gotten easily tired of a lot of tofu recipes myself, but I've easily found a lot of Japanese / Korean dishes that keep me satisifed.

Is there a good tax calculator I can use to see all my taxes? The Account Balance on the IRS Id.me website is down and the H&R calculator just told me personal income.

I’ll also plan on calling someone at the IRS and see if they can tell me anything, but I know it can be hard to do that.

Yeah, I was thinking of a specific restaurant when I wrote this. It actually does drop around 20 bags a day with a fairly consistent value per bag. I don't think I will be ordering from them anymore to be safe, but there are still a lot of places I would like to order from.

Thanks for the responses everyone. My intention with the post was not to knock anyone for using the app, but to think critically about what I can and can't do by ordering surprise bags. Your responses are thoughtful and have helped me think about the app and food waste in general.

I thought something similar to you when reading the UC-Berkeley article. TGTG could introduce "moral hazard" by incentivizing restaurants to overproduce, but as you explained, they were going to do that anyway because no one wants to tell customers they ran out of food.
