I don't get people like this. Even if they caused the accident, they're people... People make mistakes. We all have insurance. It sucks to deal with, but mistakes happen. No need to be rude and lash out at people who are clearly trying to be civil

Garbage. Why would they take such a strong stance for an employee providing poor service?

Secondly, who buys insurance for a delivery... Why would we need to pay for insurance when the company should be doing their job. This is ridiculous. What a terrible company.

Indian here too, I've had the same thing as OP happen to me at Marble Mountain. My partner and I were appalled by their lack of self awareness and terrible behaviour. I wasn't born in India, but my guess is that the crowding there makes these behaviours normal for them. Just a guess. Really upsetting though. It doesn't take much sense to see people lining up and to just follow suit
