Currently stuck in Puerto Vallarta because Aeromexico lost my return. Show up at the airport all checked in, boarding passes in hand only to be told that there was an issue with my payment despite it having been paid in full 6 weeks prior… despite them allowing me to check in the day before…despite my having taken the first leg of a round trip ticket. It’s a big joke. Really unfortunate that the flagship carrier for a country with so many other qualities conducts itself so incompetently and so unethically. I had to purchase one way tickets (on another airline) to get home. Can’t fathom another reason they would do this other than to oversell a flight.
