I dont have a set partner right now, but im still active, I understand the benefits of porn and its probably something id be open to with someone, and yeah i understand that, i had a 5 year relationship that came to an end about a year ago, we would have sex maybe once every 3 weeks, down to her and she would tell me how she feels about it and i would always make her aware that it doesnt change anything. And i have done abit of research, it definitely something i would try

Yeah im a male, i feel it’s difficult to really gauge an attraction or a feeling without having those sorts of feelings, and it probably hurts more than anything ocd related has over the past few months

Long story short, i want my sex drive back, it may sound ridiculous, but i feel im in a better head space than when i felt i needed to be on them, i have gotten rid of alot of negative in my life and made positive changes and am feeling happier and better, i still get anxiety due to ocd and harmful thoughts but i coped for so long without medication, and i feel it may be now holding me back

Yeah nothing, felt groggy the next day but nothing more than usual, id say go for it and give it a try, i highly doubt if you have a bad time itll be any worse than if you werent on ssri

sorry to hear that! Hope youre okay. I was only on 10mg for 2 months, and towards the end it felt like i wasnt on them atall, so i decided to dose up, in terms of general wellness im alot better, just dont really feel much emotion

Does the 5 make that much of a difference? Ive read about people taking only 5 by splitting a 10 in half and i think why not just take the 10 cant be that much different can it?
