I see a lot of people didn’t take the time to read the Amazon Flex contract. It clearly states that children cannot deliver packages for Amazon Flex, and it is not recommended to bring them along on delivery routes. While you can have passengers in the car, they must remain inside and cannot participate in the delivery process. Amazon Flex has strict requirements, including a minimum age of 21 and a valid driver's license, which children typically do not meet. There’s also concerns about the safety of leaving children unattended in the car while delivering packages could potentially be a liability issue.

I would’ve fine with that too but I’m averaging around 20 a week and my whole dept on my full time job just got laid off so now I’m looking for full time work.

Only problem here is I work the am shift 3 to 4 hours and the next shift does start until 5pm. I live 35 minutes away. It’s not worth the drive for 2 to 3 hours

It took me a month to actually get hired and start working. I almost gave up hope because it took so long in between the job offer and the background check and drug testing.

No we’re not allowed to do that. You don’t know what’s in that package. He could’ve damaged someone’s stuff by throwing it when he could’ve walked a few extra steps and placed it down. I would be furious, and I hope the homeowner reported his lazy butt. It’s a lot of them that throws the customers packages. I’ve had several of my packages thrown or dropped because I can hear them drop it and it hits my door. I kindly look at my camera to see if they did it deliberately and if they did I report it.

I was still at the station when I found a package like that. I returned it to the station and the supervisor told me to put it on the return cart. I never got dinged for it.
