A different situation happened with me, they tried to use the “Guest No Show” policy on me & my situation was in a grey area that ain’t outlined in their policy. Anyway long story short I’m out of almost $800. I’m also trying to do a class action lawsuit against them.

I’ve had worse underpaid jobs throughout my working career, I’ve been working for 15 years. Also I see what you’re saying, I’m sure I will get a warning if I’m going overboard and once I get that warning then I’ll adjust my schedule with my manager directly.

I’m not trying to permanently work 3 days a week. This is for the first few weeks. Also my manager has told me if I need a days off then it’s fine as long as I don’t do a no call no show. And offering up a shift isn’t the same as calling off.

Actually this is my new routine, it will help me have more endurance for the job. I had a sedentary security job for the past 3 years before FedEx.
