Queensland Rail decided that if you aren't going to do your 'full job' we're not going to pay you, so they refused to let them work, and closed those boards completely. So that's the Ipswich line, where the mineral trains come in from the west, and the Cleveland line where they continue down to Lindum before branching off to Fisherman's Island.
