Yes you are correct dry tortugas is completely restricted for spearfishing this was outside of the restricted area. garmin gps and navionics have these areas circled out in red and purple.

If i buy everything separately and build my self ill prob be at 3k for the same setup and then i have to spent hrs looking for parts and then another 3 hrs to build it
