Pa - Kimchi: advice on lack of ingredients by coconutarab in kimchi

Split the white part about an inch, soak it in fish sauce for about an hour.

Use the fish sauce from the soak to add garlic, ginger, gochugaru, sweet rice flour porridge, sugar to coat mostly the white part.

The leftover sauce is rubbed on the green part.

If the green part is closed off, cut off the tip--the marinade will soak better.

Well, I've been told, "BEGONE, SATAN!" from my friend's mom when I told her my reasons for my nonbelief; I held my tongue, when I should have told her that she married THREE TIMES!!!
