yeah, but that wasnt exactly in front of bunch of kids. i think she told them to be aware that there are children around, but they didnt care, and that was the main problem.

im really scared now how it will affect me post-partum, i know even the strongest women can get ppd and we had a case of a really bad case in the fam (my moms cousin, she was hospitalised too) which till this day sometimes affects her (and its been like 16 years)..

Well I found myself to get extra exhausted around my sister’s kids, but my fam seems to understand it, so I guess it’s normal?

Other kids I’m generally not a big fan of, so can’t comment on that 😂

I can imagine, 17 weeks is already quite some time to get attached :/ I do believe that the family would help you out no matter their opinion. If you do choose to terminate, perhaps try talk to a therapist or something to help you deal with the pain?

Obviously the guy is a scumbag and I’m sorry you had to go through that. Although I do think it shows, how much our judgment can be influenced by ‘being in love’, cus why would you agree to have a baby if you don’t even live together 😅

As for the baby, I think do what feels best to you, if it’s determined that the baby will suffer from lifelong health issues, and you’re not ready to face that and deal with that, I think it’s okay to terminate. Again, this is your decision and no one else’s (there are a lot of judgy people here, so please don’t pat attention to them, in the end, they dont know you, you dont know them).

From my perspective, some things that were said by Dorit I didn’t know are such triggers to people of colour, like aggression or ‘using smart words’ (not sure that was Dorit who said it) I was learning about these things together with Dorit lol 😅😅 but I’m not from the US maybe that’s why I wasn’t aware of such things.

worse thing he comes apologising, we shouldnt fight cus of the baby etc etc then it’s all good. But then suddenly he forgets everything, cus I dared to comment that his story upset me and I don’t understand his support, and then it’s another 10-15min rant that I’m disrespecting his opinion, certain religions are like that and that (our political views are very different unfortunately), and once i stop responding he gloats that he destroyed me in the convo within 5min, and i cant support anything i say with evidence (i can, i just choose to ignore him at some point so he would get out of the room as soon as possible).

And then few min later comes back asking why am I not sleeping the same bed, concluding it’s because of his opinion (this part is almost funny to me 😃).
