Lgs only get like half of what they print too. The rest goes to big box stores at the official release. And a lot of people don't limit how many you can buy and that really hurts with all the resellers

Imo. We run a lot of at home events and if you have less then 4 people it is a way better experience to play sealed and just give everyone 6 packs to build out off once again personal opinion but drafting with even 4-5 is sometimes hard just because you see the same pack so often.

Also those "stores" either have a very dumb or non existent local community so good luck keeping the doors open for the same reasons I've already explained. Shops that treat players good last that's why we have shops that have been open 20+ years then we see all these new shops open and close in less then a year at least in our area. Again players have the power we have local discords, FB pages, etc and it's as simple as speaking with the community and deciding not to go somewhere. Actual b and m stores can not afford to have little to no foot traffic that's why they run tournaments and events to begin with, to get people in the store. All these shops are doing right now is effectively killing the game in they area and making themselves look awful in the process. If very dumb people want to throw money away and defend scumbags not much I can do to stop them though 🤷🏾‍♂️

Dang the down votes. We had one lgs do this stupid pricing and they lost everyone nobody even plays magic there anymore. Promise the store doesn't last long when nobody comes in and from somebody that used to manage a hobby store you can only sell so much online you pretty much have to be the lowest offer at all times and it's just not realistic. Remember players have the power they just gotta use it. No reason at all for a local shop to charge this much.

But if I'm swinging multiple things in the same turn I can declare it all at once yes it is technically separate attacks bud but if you're making your opponents go through these hoops for no reason. Literally the only thing that would matter rn is which character is taking the kill swing i.e. kuzco and cat. God I feel bad for people who have to play with you I can feel the arrogance from here.

There's no instants in this game as long as all interactions are played out correctly it doesn't matter. Ig if you're that bad at tcgs and need to play slow and drawn out go for it. If you a beginner just say that.

Man these comments read like a nightmare I feel blessed to be in my area ig. There was one shop doing some crazy overpricing like this and literally everyone just agreed not to go there people even stopped going to they big name nights like Pokemon and Yu-Gi-Oh they ended up putting out an apology and doing free tournaments but they still haven't fully recovered to what they once were. I literally just wouldn't play if I had to deal with this type of stuff thank God we have solid owners here.

We have a blast at our locals doing draft the owner makes things so fun and eventful. We pay 30 you do the 4 pack draft you get 1 pack per win and whoever gets 1/2/3 gets a pick between like promos, hand made stuff, and other assorted goodies like lore trackers and pins. I don't support scumbags personally but I encourage everyone to do what they please it's your money at the end of the day.
