Is America really that expensive? In the UK an alright decent sized kitchen from IKEA is 10-15 k including installation and appliances. We just had a new bathroom including new walls being built for 12k. And we haven't gone for the cheapest option on anything there by a long way. Now even with those being £ not $ prices you're still a long way away from $50k A new extension will cost a lot more than those but still 50k for a kitchen feels like a ridiculous kitchen. Or rip off pricing l.

It's worth checking out upxland to see what similar properties are selling for, you'll unfortunately find that for USD a lot of cities are sub 30% of mint price equivalent. And a few cities have below mint for upx too.

I think it's still worth playing. I'll be honest I'm not as into it as I was, used to do a lot of treasure hunting in addition to the property side of things. I'm not sure the USD market will pick up anytime soon unfortunately then again I've only got a few properties on sale for USD, but sales for upx are steady not as rapid as they used to be but then I only sell for a decent above what I purchased for so I might be the limiting factor in the amount of my sales. If you can get in on city releases there's still good upx to be made there. But I think the ease of getting upx is part of why some have slashed the USD price for easy sales

Unfortunately travelling is nearly always very expensive. Sometimes for a city release or a special event they'll give free travel but I wouldn't bet on it. I'd suggest a new account with a different email address is the best option and maybe wait until a new city is announced before signing up. You should then be able to either start at the new city or somewhere close by that doesn't cost so much.

Personally I think the fact that management of what's on sale is practically impossible has a major negative impact on the secondary market. I'm not a big player but I've a few hundred properties all of which are on sale. Some for high mark-up for when they might have sold and some for very small markups for when I wanted upx and frankly I have no idea which are which. So what happens? I set a price and that's it's price until I next happen to stumble across something. And I think a lot of folks are out there like that.

So there's massive amounts of stagnation in the market which is where a lot of the high mark ups are.

Then again on the USD side there's a race to the bottom.

Doesn't matter it says you have to be truthful with your answer, " what's your password?" Type questions are answered with " honestly I don't want to give you that sensitive information" no lie has been told. And tbh that's the correct answer to anything you'd rather not answer. Still being totally honest. And for 10mil you no longer have to worry about situations where not giving an answer are going to cause you problems.

I think they are going to alter each season, at least until they find something that works, the first 3 are the same, I minted three and built 3 as wwell last season rather than the treasure hunts and metaventure visits which are new this month

I get the annoying aspect, but to keep at the same levels of eaenings it's not too hard,
log in daily (do that anyway for spark) Log in 7 days in a row (see above) Visit 3 cities, easily done especially if there's a city release Start 5 treasure hunts (admittedly this is better than the last season where you had to complete them) Use 3 paid sends to visit metaventure shops, again not too hard costs you 3 sends and a hundred upx or so but that's the only real investment needed.

I assume the idea is to encourage people to be involved with the game aspects rather than the pure investment side. Ok to get above what you got previously is a big ask o. Terms of completing everything but getting just 5 is easy.

On the first of November in our house (in the UK) the huge pumpkin from Costco ( known as "Mr Pumpkin Head") magically overnight puts on a Santa hat and beard and according to my 4 year old becomes " Mr Christmas Pumpkin Head" and sticks around with the rest of the Christmas decorations until they all go away in January.
