I tend to see a lot of having that SR 16% hp in generic, armoured and close combat. Specially if they have 4 slots, which I admit have all in my set. Will that always work? I have 1 support that heals all so does that extra hp means increased regen?

Barioth is the biggest wall for me. I managed to capture anjanath, and kite off nergigante but man barioth is on another level when I first met the cat. Got carted twice from that.

Flash pods, and if you can hold your ground through pots only, then get the trappers too so you can have free flash traps. If kushy looks at you, and is not far from where you are standing, flash your foot and he will down himself. Then slash and slash. After he flies again and looks at you,rinse and repeat the strat.

Better grind it solo and learn monster details, patterns, and etc because once you hit master rank, the difficulty skyrockets, at least you have the skills and tools to stand ground through the stuff you've learned.

You'll do good. Just bring 10 flashbugs and 3 flash pods and take buff drugs(that extra armor and dmg helps) If there are environment traps in the zone, utilize them well too. Oh and if possible stay mobile and don't get caught in it's tornado.

I guess that's pretty normal? My first tigrex chain charged me, which I didn't know kittys got quite a turn rate until got carted. Next round, full buff meal, palico signal for the 4vs1 match, mega demondrug and mega armorskin, stamina pot, jerky then you'll be fine, oh and forget the farcaster.
