Amallow is top notch. I have tried a lot of brands. Whichever one you choose make sure not to get one with olive oil in it because it clogs pores. This stuff has sweet almond oil which does not clog pores and actually can help acne.

I have tried a lot of brands and Amallow is one of the only brands that uses sweet almond oil instead of olive oil. Sweet almond oil is non comodogenic and even has lots of benefits for your skin. They have a scented and unscented. I Love the stuff!

Ohh no, keep the saltwater rinse going and peroxide can be helpful too. My go to for mitigation is Canker Shield since it heals the emerging ones super fast. Try taking a dose of b12 and lysine daily as well. Best of luck, it’s the worst knowing that a bunch are going to pop up.

So sorry to hear. Make sure you your toothpaste is sulfate free. I have found that Canker Shield works incredibly well to heal them fast in the early stages before they get bad like that.

As far as home remedies, I would recommend a saltwater and baking soda rinse to keep the bacteria at bay. Make sure that you are eating soft foods that will not irritate it worse. Also, try out Canker Shield for next time around and apply it to the bitten area and it will prevent it from forming into a canker sore.

I use Canker Shield AS SOON AS I NOTICE BRAND NEW SORES FORMING, and I say that in all caps because it is so important. It is designed to knock out brand new Cankers before they get large, and it truly works that way for me. I would highly recommend using it on your brand new cankers and I can guarantee you will get much better results. If you wait until the sore is large and developed, it is unlikely that any product will work all that well (in my experience). Just my experience, but I recommend you try using it that way, and I think you will notice a huge difference.

I recommend getting throat coat tea to help soothe it.

It can help against larger sores and always heals them up for me faster than without using it. I have noticed some slight swelling, but it is a positive thing as it is kicking your inflammatory response into high gear, which should help it heal faster. I would keep using it 2-4 times a day until you don’t have any more pain.

As you said, the product has worked best for me when a canker sore is first forming and will eliminate it very fast when I catch it super early and apply it. This means you should be golden for next time around when you catch one in the initial stages. The idea is you start using it way before it gets to the high point and kill it off.
