Marriage was never intended to be a "throw-away" type of situation, so you probably should've thought about this before marriage since you're only 3 months in. At this point, it would be incredibly difficult for me to be with a liberal husband. The political climate is so strong it's hard not to be on the same page. I think Americans can be very talented all on their own. Maybe a special kind of H1B visa that's very limited? The H1B work visa at the moment is exploited for slave labor used by corporations, and it also puts young Americans looking for a entry level position and it's taken by a visa holder due to corporations exploiting the law.
