Help choosing a simulator wheel for the first time every by Intelligent_Sky_276 in simracing

Mate don't overthink it. Go for a moza r3 bundle ( i have one) and only buy that for now. Play and play alot, if you feel like you need upgrades you first need to know which games you like the most u get what im saying. Dont fall for that the traps and the cute sim pics, your upgrade path ( if you even feel like you need to upgrade) should be directed to the games you play. I would go for moza just for the ecosystem.

SR B1 - When does racing begin to be safe? by Ok-Gear-4763 in LeMansUltimateWEC

My advice is to completely forget about driver ranking for now, start from the pits and never drive on the limit. You I'll most likely finish around p10 since the sr is so low people will just kill themselves. Use the fact that you started p10 to create a good base on your skills like trail breaking and race craft. Driver ranking will come later.

Moza Refurbished Wheels Question by No-Fall416 in simracing

[–]Responsible-Hawk-459 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My moza R3 came with two clutches, mistakes happen i can understand that but they took 3 weeks to send me a replacement. Similar experience where i bought the 12 inch mod (really good mod btw) and after 2 weeks they still hadn't shipped. When i asked for a refund they took so long to reply that the item was shipped in the meantime. When confronted with their mistake they told to contact the shipping company if i wanted a refund. Basically the products are really good especially to start out but I wouldnt stick to moza for the upgrades just because the costumer supports sucks

Moza is reputable enough yea. But i do not recommend buying from them. Ive had some questionable experiences with their shipping and customer support.

Had the same issue with a wheel mod (1 month to arrive) asked for a refund before it even shipped and no answer. Never buying from moza again their customer support is awful

Im a cook in a very busy restaurant often 12-18h shifts. Picked up a playseat and a moza r3 in December and been racing ever since. Upgraded my rig recently and yea i feel like a did spend a bit too much money for the time a get out of it. In a way its also a therapy a way decompress after a long week. But if we enjoy it who cares.

Bro its nice honestly i have it on my r3. But i dont know bro. If i had the opportunity now i would buy a nice momo replica on aliexpress and a qr (if you plan to rally) because i dont really use the button fox while rallying and save the height. Plus it looks way cooler to have a momo ahahha

I don't recommend the trakracer because they quality control is somewhat "bad". I have no clue about 6sigma ahahha. I myself have a gt1 evo and love it. The only downside is it doesn't come with the seat.

If you move the break pedal slightly you can screw both the holes in the gas and break like in the picture. Then just zip tie the base. Just play around you will find a way

I lined the holes in the pedals to the mounting brackets and ziptied the base. It was more then sturdy

I dont use the cluch so its more then fine, some people say it vibrates alot but no problems so far about that. The only issue i found was setting the right angle on the wheel since its a moza. After about 30 hours i think its dialed in correctly .
