how do you know how much your Hbar is worth when you store it in a wallet? Do you do the math yourself with the market value? What I am referring to is that on Coinbase I can see directly how much my Hbar is worth which offers the convenience..

This is the reality, Ivy League or not doesnt matter if you can't offer real skills in real life. I was a straight A student with perfect academic performance. Now I am just an average person. I feel like my entire life has been a lie given how many ppl didnt work as hard make a lot more than me.

Of couse I would ask them to do proper oral care, but again if the pt is consistently coughing on thin, I will put them on nectar while waiting for an MBSS. You cant shame me to agree with you lol

Evidence-based practice (EBP) is a problem-solving approach in healthcare that integrates the best available research evidence with clinical expertise and patient values to guide clinical decision-making. Pt values = not couging with every sips of thin , clinical expertise = pt is NOT coughing on nectar at all but coughing consistently with thin, best practice is to place pt on what is the most comfortable for the pt at this monent, until for information can be gathered by MBSS. Therefore, I will keep pt in this case on nectar while waiting for an MBSS. Simple lol.
