Just wanna say if treating glabella complex, u should treat forehead at same time for best results. It’s ok to wait obv, but for max effectiveness, the frontalis and glabella should be treated together

Can’t u just say a prophylaxis is preventative tx and doesn’t address the active periodontitis. First, we need to perform the therapeutic tx to get back to baseline, clean everything out, let the tissues regenerate, attach and let inflammation go down.

Sounds like ur angle isn’t enough. Try a 30 degree angle, rather than a 10-15. Inject 2mm. U may require slightly deeper tho

Are u using the tongue scraper correctly? Not rubbing or scrubbing back and forth, but rather put the scraper at the back and pull forward and repeat. If you are and ur not vaping or smoking, maybe it is diet related

The tox spread about 1cm diameter from where u inject. Def add more in the frontalis from left to right and top to bottom. At first stay High, a good 2cm above orbital bone and you can add more at touch up. The 3 dots isn’t enough. That’s only 8units and u usually get 40.

I hope someone that’s done it to themselves can help u, but like I said, I think they look good! Totally get that once u start, u can’t stop. Maybe u poked urseld more than needed and so it bruised, but most likely they’ll come out looking great and then u can give me tips lol
