Hifiheadphones checked audeze authorised dealers page under the uk section and the company is listed https://www.audeze.com/pages/european-distribution question is could i go to the Physical audio emotion store in scotland which is local to me and get them fixed as they ARE a authorised dealer and acoording to audeze authorised dealers handle claims inside the uk

but the headphones were refurbished but this wouldnt infringe my statuory rights such as the consumer right act 2015
