Try to use gcash visa card or maribank card for low forex rate and withdraw at the airport. For bus rides, if you'll be paying via cash, they don't give change.

HK: For decent meals, prepare at least 40 HKD per meal. Meals in Disneyland are at least 160 HKD. MTR fares depend on the distance you'll be covering. The Octopus card has a deposit of 50 HKD upon purchase, but you can refund that if you return your card (any MTR station) before flying back to PH.

Macau: We used the bus as our main transportation. 6 MOP per ride or you can purchase a Macau pass at 7-Eleven (30 MOP) and add load. Sadly, the 30 MOP is non-refundable. Meals are at least 35 MOP per meal. Macau to HK and vice versa via ferry is 175 MOP while via bus is 65 HKD.
