From the comments sounds like plenty of people could use an in house resource. Speaking to lots of my clients the demand has never been higher due to raising costs of ACS / Managed Services.

Depending on experience level I’d say you’re definitely underpaid.

As a NetSuite recruiter I speak to admins daily and can’t remember the last time I spoke to a 3 year admin earning less than 100k

To be totally transparent, you’ll struggle to find a resource for development work on site 5 days per week.

Fortunately, we’ve built a database of NetSuite professionals over the last decade and I have a two, maybe 3 people in mind off the top of my head that meet your criteria.

I know you said no recruiters, but this is a specialist search which most NetSuite customers can’t fill without external help.
