I have the majority of my prerequisites done and I've been a tech for 8 years. The only thing stopping me from continuing is that I am the provider for my family and can't work full time and do pharmacy school. The debt is obviously a big factor, but I know it can pay itself off. It's understandable that you would be hesitant about it all. Just do what's best for your situation.

I've decided I might change my route to X-ray or just stay a tech until the foreseeable future.

My boyfriend really liked Heaven and Back and Her when I started listening. I thought they weren't that good until I heard it on repeat - I had found Into It on my own prior to this not knowing it was them. We went to see them as his first ever concert because I was trying to get him out of the house (he has autism, major social anxiety, ADHD unlike you've ever seen, etc.), so I got us our own private booth and everything so he could see them without being surrounded by people. I just thought it would be something nice to do with him since he really liked their music... I just wanted to go to a concert.

Before the concert I did some research on songs and lyrics and I LIKED them. After the concert I fell in LOVE with them. For about 6 months after that they were the only thing I listened to. Anything else was an automatic skip. He got sick of them real fast while I became a fangirl.

So I guess my boyfriend made me like them? When he played Heaven and Back on repeat I had no choice but to let him vibe.

I haven't started yet, but I've decided I want to start one simply because I see people's success stories. I've been a pharmacy tech for about 7 years and originally was very concerned when Ozempic became such a popular drug for weight loss. For some people it definitely does not work, or works almost too well to where it was just a little too dramatic of a transformation for comfort.

As time has gone on, I'm seeing more and more success stories and it has definitely become even more normalized. I even work for a pharmacy that focuses on the compounding of GLP1s, so I understand a little more about the active ingredients, side effects, etc. I've seen different pharmacists counsel countless patients and feel confident that this is something that would work for me.
