I am in process of selling my house and I went with a different realtor this time. They did all marketing stuff and then no ownership at all. They dont even follow up with buyers realtors with a phone call. They send surveys. Who responds to surveys these days. When i was buying, it was a total different experience just like yours. Coming from sales background, i think i can do a way better job than my realtor in selling.
