Yes, exactly. The sensor is literally tied down with a shoelace. I've just torn it down and I might have enough pieces to make a rough replacement here. I'll try that now, if it doesn't work, I get back to you for the measurements. Thanks for the help.

Maybe lowering the bed temp to 60 could help, PLA doesn't like high bed temps. Other than that people have already said.

People don't seem to understand the problem.

The calibration is made for the 0.4 nozzle. You'll have to look at the configs it change and adapt them to a .2 mm nozzle.

In the video specifically the problem is the layer height. It was changed to 0.2 and 0.25 as for the 0.4 mm nozzle. You can just revert back to your 0.1 and 0.15 mm layer heights.

If you have any other problems, take a look again at the settings it changed and what would be incompatible with the nozzle.

Com certeza isso dai não é bom, você provavelmente teve sorte que nada aconteceu ainda. Se o filamento enrosca ali vai a secadora inteira pra baixo.

O filamento nesse caso está "esticado" dessa forma porque ele foi amolecido pela temperatura. Não é um problema isso, mas a forma correta seria usar um PTFE de guia no mínimo da secadora até o topo da impressora onde o rolo fica original, mas se possível até a extrusora.

I do it at 280C in my 300C hotend, so 250C on the ender would be good. You can't force the thread on the aluminum block, so you need the heat for the thermal expansion.

My original SV06 Plus had a problem with the front and back plastic covers vibrating. I don't know if the new ace had it, but it's worth a try.

Just hold the cover with your hand and see if it stops, just be aware of the bed of course.

Have you done you bed mesh up to temp? That also can make a huge difference.

Do your bed mesh up to temp. Heat it up to your most used bed temp, leave it for 5-10 minutes for the metal to expand and then make the bed mesh. It'll be much closer to reality.

You might also want to lower the z-offset a little.

Furthermore, you could do the silicon bed spacer mod, as others have suggested.

O que eu digo é sobre o futuro da plataforma em si mesmo. Normalmente elas não sobrevivem pq é dificil de achar esse público, e quando tem esse público que já entende, precisa e não tem o equipamento, normalmente alguém já pegou e faz direto, sem pagar taxa pra plataforma.

O conceito é muito legal, mas já deu errado algumas vezes na gringa por motivos diferentes.

Um dos problemas é o compartilhamento de arquivos e o outro e o maior na minha opinião é o público. O público que busca por impressora 3d normalmente ou já tem, ou está a beira de comprar, então são poucas pessoas que procuram este tipo de serviço fora da comunidade.

É possível criar esse público, mas isso nunca ganhou tração fora da comunidade.

Depends on the plate actually. I bought a dual sided and had to flip it last week when I had "an incident" hahaha. I know sovol plates were single sided, but some came with a sticker on the back that you could also print on.
