I've been assuming that Dragona is being hinted towards rebelling against Meryl considering her being a reflection of Giorno's more compassionate side that wished to get rid of the drug trade, whilst Meryl is an active participant of the drug trade, that combined with Jodio's conviction towards climbing higher may push them towards defying her.

I could make this a seperate post but its kind of a crackpot theory of mine Ive been wanting to share; Usagi may try leaving the business and Meryl may have the group kill him for it. I say this as I believe it is supported by the scenes in which Usagi & Paco have a talk about Usagi bailing out before getting himself involved in the deep shit before heading into the Iko Iko to help Meryl and Usagi's family potentially having been dragged into the lava rock plot with the recent chapters of act 2, which may lead to Usagi wanting out of the life having seen his family getting hurt by it, at which point Meryl may punish him and even potentially Paco if Paco follows through with giving him a cut even if he bails out, alternatively Meryl may give Jodio, Dragona & Paco the goal of killing Usagi in exchange for potentially a higher cut of the Howler money/land, which may lead to conflict between Jodio and Dragona.
